International Management

South Korea

In this course, International Management (TMGMT 480), I was assigned to a 5-person group where we conducted extensive research on the country, South Korea. This project consisted of two parts - an essay discussing how to conduct an effective business experience in South Korea, and a a 15-minute crash course video on how to navigate and experience South Korea through a non-business perspective. In this video, my groupmates and I discussed a variety of important information about South Korea, such as its history, demographics, geography, politics, and economics. We also showed how to navigate South Korea's train system, recommended popular sight-seeing areas, shared local cuisines, and showed how to make a popular dish, kimchi.

My role in this video project was coordinating film days and creating the story board. Everyone took a part in editing their sections in the video and out of the 7 groups in the class, ours was given the “Most Creative”.
